- Kathryn CBeautiful day for a group workout! The circuit training was a fantastic way to do a full body workout. I really enjoyed the Zumba exercise as well! It was also fun and didn't feel like work! I look forward to future events!

- Linda OAbsolutely loved the CrossFit style workout! It was much harder than the demonstration looked. Definitely burned calories and fat! I had my first at home nutrition orientation and workout. (12/3/22) Learned a lot about my eating habits and worked muscles I thought I was already working. Not. Great all over body muscle toning and building. Learned a lot during my workout also.
